One of the most important aspects to regrowing your hair using red light therapy is to utilize both LEDs and lasers. In today's article, we will be going over the difference between these two forms of light and how they impact hair regrowth.
LEDs
To begin, we will look at LEDs. LEDs, by their very nature, LEDs cover a larger surface area, and because of that, they are able to help improve blood flow to the head. However, LEDs are mostly effective at improving the thickness of hair follicles at the surface level. Furthermore, LEDs emit less heat than lasers do, making it safer and reducing the risk of getting head burns. Some of the drawbacks of LEDs are that they do not have a deep level of penetration and can only help thicken hairs at the surface level.
Lasers
Lasers are excellent when it comes to activating dormant hair follicles. Since the light emanating from lasers is more deeper concentrated and focused, it's able to penetrate deep into your scalp and provide blood flow to dormant hair follicles that may not have been showing previously. After several months of using a Lazerus laser therapy cap, you should begin to notice patches of hair grow in where previously there were none. Lasers are professional grade technology, and many other red light therapy products for hair regrowth do not incorporate lasers into their design.
The Lazerus Difference
When we were first coming up with the design for the Lazerus Laser Therapy Helmet, we knew immediately that we wanted to incorporate a combination of LEDs and lasers. By having both of these light forms, we're able to help thicken existing hair follicles while also helping you make greater gains in follicles that may not have been visible in the past. By using the Lazerus Therapy Helmet every single day for eight minutes, you'll be able to have thicker, healthier hair, and more confidence.
