Lazerus Health Refund Policy

At Lazerus Health, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. This refund policy applies to all purchases made within the United States, where Lazerus Health is solely based. Please review the terms below carefully.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 60 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed only after Lazerus Health has received the returned item in its original condition. Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the results after using the cap for one year, you may request a refund within this warranty period, provided the item is returned to us. Products like the Lazerus Nutraceutical are considered non-refundable. You will not be able to apply for a refund for this specific product.
Fraudulent ChargebacksIf you initiate a chargeback through your bank and the bank rules in favor of Lazerus Health, this will be considered a fraudulent chargeback. By submitting a fraudulent chargeback, you waive your rights to both the one-year warranty and any refund eligibility under this policy. Lazerus Health also reserves its rights to cancel any future orders made by that customer.
